TRADITIONAL WORSHIP ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, NORTHERN HILLS UMC

This part-time position provides administrative and organizational support to 3 Sunday morning services and one Wednesday night service each week.  This includes some office-related tasks (visitor/member data management, weekly administrative staff meeting, etc.), worship logistics support (worship volunteers, communion setup and cleanup, etc.), and data entry and operation of worship media. (entering and proofing worship slide text, operating slides for worship, etc.) 

Applicants must have a mature faith, good interpersonal skills, a strong capacity for organizational and administrative tasks, and basic familiarity with computers and data processing.  Existing knowledge and skill with specific software and web tools (ProPresenter, Planning Center, Servant Keeper, Microsoft Office, etc.) is preferred, but training will be provided as needed.
